The song sees the D-Black and Gyakie combining to deliver a love-themed about two lovers having a hard time. The song was produced by DJ Breezy.

Furthermore, Sheege was released along with a video directed by Elvis & Junie Annan. The was shot on location in The Island of Zanzibar, Tanzania and Aburi Mountains, Ghana.
